

Day 1 of Detox:
Breakfast:
-instant original oatmeal mixed with mumma fong's bean oatmeal
-blueberries, strawberries
-mumma fong's green juice
Lunch:
-Smoothie: raspberries, strawberries, spinach, bananas, greek yogurt (hahhaa i drank it before taking a pic)
Dinner:
-Salad: greens, red peppers, sliced almonds, cranberries, mushrooms, carrots, feta and string cheese with olive oil and sweet red pepper vinaigrette dressing (i promise i didn't drench it!)
